We are a local charity supporting local people on their caring journey. We have two exciting opportunities for dynamic and experienced individuals to make a real difference to the lives of family carers of all ages living in Solihull. We are looking for skilled, experienced and/or qualified staff to join our team and support our carer friendly community agenda.

Family Carers Support Practitioner

37 hours – £22,290 – 12 month contract – with potential extension

You will deliver assessments and design support plans for Parent Carers of children with additional needs and young and young adult carers from 5 – 25 years old

Young and Young Adult Carers Sessional Worker

0 hour contract – £9.47 per hour – permanent contract

You will supervise and lead young carers clubs, days out and residential trips and other activities with carers aged 5 to 25.  You will help ensure activities are safe, fun, inclusive and will comply with policies and procedures.  Our Events & Activities Co-ordinator will organise the activities and you will deliver them.  You will receive a rota and choose the hours to suit you.
