Carers Week 2021

“Making Caring Visible and Valued”

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. It also helps people who don’t think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed support.

How you can support the campaign

You can help by using your social media platforms to get involved in the campaign. Below are some discussion points and caring statistics to help.

Remember to use the hashtags #carersweek #ICARE and tag us into your posts so carers know where to access local support. You can also help by sharing and retweeting our social media posts.
