Carers Trust CEO Speaks to the Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) support group

Carers Trust Solihull CEO Brandon Scott-Omenka was delighted to speak to the Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) support group, at their Birmingham Annual General Meeting on the 13th of July. He represented both National Carers Trust and Carers Trust Solihull in describing the support that the Trust can offer to Carers and indeed people with HSP.

HSP is a long-term condition which gradually reduces your mobility and independence. Early symptoms are difficulties walking. As the condition progresses, over a number of years or decades, mobility is reduced so that some are full-time wheelchair users.
