CEO/Management Administrative Support
£18,400 per annum – pro-rata
Full-time (37 hours per week) or opportunity for Job share
We are seeking to appoint a well-organised, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our welcoming not-for-profit charity. The post holder will support the CEO and/or Team Managers (with various management administrative processes.
This might be as a full-time role (37 hours) or two separate part-time roles approx. 18.5 hours each. This role would suit someone with:
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A desire to deliver a quality and efficient service.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Excellent literacy and ICT skills.
- The ability to show individual initiative whilst also working as part of a team.
- A commitment to supporting Carers.

Volunteering helps me put something back into my community. I am proud that I have been able to use my skills and experience to help develop and grow the work of Carers Trust Solihull.
I enjoy making a difference to the lives of others at times and days that are convenient for me. I am trained to supervise activities and help meet the needs of carers. I know I make a difference.

We have opportunities based in various locations across Solihull for carers, in our offices or community based provision such youth clubs or coffee mornings.
We provide Core Training for all of our volunteers when they start their placement with us, so they are already skilled and confident enough to work with the team and carers from day one.
