Have your say on improvements to information and advice services

Solihull Council is planning to improve the way its advice and healthcare services are delivered. The Council recognises that there are a lot of things that people can and want to do themselves to stay well and in good health, both physically and mentally. The council would prefer people to stay well without the intervention of services wherever possible.

The new Community Wellbeing service model will focus on delivering a two tiered approach of universal provision (self-care and support); a single point of access; assessment and targeted support for adults in Solihull with clear pathways to other local support services alongside specialist services.

For completing the questionnaire, you will be entered into a prize draw with a chance of winning a £50 Love To Shop voucher. Please leave your phone number at the end of the questionnaire if you would like to be entered into the prize draw.

The proposals are now out to consultation until Tuesday 12 October. Residents are invited to make their views known on our survey here.
